How to Stay Connected with Ministry Volunteers

A friend from Indiana Skyped me and wanted to know more about how I kept in touch with ministry volunteers in the worship arts family.

I send out “TBC Worship Matters” (worship arts family eNewsletter).  I use Adobe Dreamweaver to create the email-friendly HTML document, then use e3software’s Direct Mail program to manage sending it via email as individiual emails.  Works very well for me.  What works for you?

Here’s an archive of past “TBC Worship Matters” (worship arts family eNewsletter).

Here’s a link to last week’s edition.

Here’s a snapshot of what it looks like…

I’ve been using MailChimp to send html friendly emails. I especially like the fact that for each individual email you send you can choose whether to send text or html. However, this is a service you pay a little bit (3cents) per email. I could be in correct about the price.
